A bottle blow molding machine works by heating plastic pellets or preforms, inflating them with compressed air inside a mold to form the desired bottle shape.
If bottle buildup is caused by improper stretch rod adjustment, adjust the stretch ratio to 1:2.5 between the preform and bottle, adjust the heating temperature, and extend the pre-blowing time.
