In Sinco’s co-extrusion blow molding line, each layer of HDPE and EVOH has a mission that, when combined, results in packaging with revolutionary performance. The outer HDPE or PP layer provides superior strength and surface finish, while the EVOH barrier layer inside creates an oxygen and moisture barrier, significantly extending product shelf life. A regrind or food-grade middle layer between the two allows not only high material efficiency but also provides a means of sustainable production, as failed part offcuts can be fed back into the process without diluting quality.
